Randall & Payne dates back to
1879, when George Payne and John Randall first formed their partnership.
Our head offices at Rodborough Court in Stroud, were built by
Alfred Bucknall of Clifton in 1888 for mill owner Alfred Apperly.
By 1964, the building was up for sale and with no potential purchasers
was at risk of demolition. At the time, our offices were in Rowcroft, Stroud, next
to the Stroud Building Society and as we were expanding rapidly, we decided
that the time was right to move to new offices: Rodborough Court.
Today we are a six-partner practice, supported by a 45-strong professional
team, with additional offices in Stonehouse, opened in 2006.
We provide accountancy, business and tax services to clients ranging
from private individuals to family-owned businesses and large limited
companies, operating in many different industry sectors. We have
particular expertise in niche sectors including charities and schools.
Because we are a business ourselves, we understand the challenges
involved in making an enterprise succeed. We’re committed to helping
you achieve your personal and business goals – a philosophy that
guides us in everything we do.
At the heart of the way we work is an ongoing dialogue with our
clients. By staying in touch and following your progress, we are
ideally placed to identify opportunities and risks and provide
the right advice, at the right time.
