Strategic planning involves asking these key questions:

Your answers will form the foundation of your strategic plan, which will:

identify where you are now
establish what you want to do with your life and your business
set out your strategy to achieve your goals
establish your key performance indicators to ensure your goals are achieved.

We will work with you to identify your objectives - for the short, medium and longer term - and the steps you need to take to achieve these. These may involve changing the structure of your business and drawing up separate plans for different functions within your business.
