MAKING SURE YOUR DOCUMENTS DON’T GET STUCK IN THE POST!

The postal strike may not have the direct impact upon firms like Randall & Payne that many may first fear. A significant amount of ‘paperwork’ can now be filed on-line, giving clients the comfort of knowing that returns are submitted and receipted within statutory timescales. However, there is always some level of paperwork that needs to be transported and it is this element of post that the current postal strikes are causing major headaches for Randall & Payne and other Gloucestershire businesses.

Partner Russel Byrd says “By using a courier until the situation at Royal Mail is completely resolved, we are ensuring that all time critical documents reach their destination safely and in good time. We simply need to adapt how we operate to ensure client service isn’t impacted”.
