On 19th July, the eight person team will attempt to walk and jog 39 miles across the countryside in just one day, carrying the UK200Group 'Not the Olympic Torch'. Starting from Rodborough Court in Stroud at 6am, the team will walk to Cirencester via Frampton Mansell, past the Cotswold Wildlife Park and on to Witney, finishing at around 8pm (we hope!). Randall and Payne's team will join other participating members of the UK200Group of independent accountancy and law firms, relaying an Olympic-style torch across the UK, with the aim of raising £50,000 for the Alzheimer's Society.
The brave R&P 8 person team includes:
John Barker
Chris Mattos
Rob Case
Alex Rolfe
Jane Spashett

In 2010 there were 79,236 people with a confirmed diagnosis of dementia in the whole of the South West and this is set to rise!
Alzheimer's Society is a membership organisation, which works to improve the quality of life of people affected by dementia in England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Many of their 25,000 members have personal experience of dementia, as carers, health professionals or as dementia sufferers themselves, and their experiences help to inform their work.
