About this Event
The workshop “Implementation Mastery: Driving efficiency and change successfully in your business“ is scheduled for Tuesday 12 September 2023; 9:15-11:30 at Chargrove House, Shurdington GL51 4GA.
This workshop will look at the barriers to implementing change and look at the culture within your business which prevents this with the aim of achieving high performance in 2024 and beyond.
Will Abbott will share insights into common issues and will use some simple tools to help you change current cultures and embed these changes to achieve success in your business.
At the workshop there will be learning, insights and the chance to hear from and work with your business peers, to further contribute to actionable plans to take away for your business and for you as a leader.
