Charlotte Gallagher joined the Admin team as a trainee four years ago. Her aim was to get qualified and begin a career whilst gaining valuable on the job experience, after a brief time in retail after her A’levels. She finds the firm ‘’very supportive when balancing work with study’’; completing coursework during a set time each week and catching up regularly with her manager.
Charlotte achieved her Advanced Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration and is now in the final stages of completing the Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification.
Her time is typically spent booking in client records, assisting with HR tasks, ensuring the scanning is up to date and completing apprenticeship assignments. Charlotte assisted Randall & Payne’s support of mental health awareness and wellbeing days throughout 2018 and is continuing to do so in 2019. Charlotte also supports the accounts team, tax team and reception along with her work in the Admin and HR department.
Charlotte enjoys the relaxed and friendly but hard working environment at Randall & Payne. She set her sights on completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Admin and we are delighted that Charlotte achieved this and is now going to study HR Management at a London University. “Working at Randall and Payne has given me the confidence and passion to pursue a further career in HR”.
