We are here if you need us during the second lockdown

As the country goes back into lockdown, we continue to be here for you with no difference to the service we offer.

Our staff have returned to remote working again, however the office will be open to drop off records and to accept deliveries, and our receptionists will be answering calls during office hours as usual. They will arrange a call back if the person you need to speak to isn’t available when you call.

Will Abbott, head of our Business Advisory service and business coach, continues to offer advice clinics for anyone who needs help to adapt their business and rethink their strategy during this uncertain time and to ensure businesses are staying ahead of the competition.

Will is also running his next EPIC Business Leaders Group meeting by webinar on Tuesday 17 November which is focused on coaching your team – more information will be available soon.

If you have any concerns about the service we offer at all, we have a Client Experience Officer, Jo Kline, who you can have a chat to. Having more conversations is a great way to help us worry less. Jo has been with the firm for coming up to 10 years and is part of the marketing team and backfills our reception, so has plenty of experience speaking with our clients and knows our services and internal processes.
