We recognise that accountancy is a stressful profession, so we encourage our team to look after themselves physically as well as mentally. We have a café area and table tennis and darts available to play at lunchtime to encourage breaks and our regular fundraising activities help with camaraderie. We hold a lunchtime meditation session each week.
