Will Abbott and consultant Paul Drabble are hosting a webinar which will focus on the essential factors for business success:
Financial Resilience – Opportunities – Growth.
The lunchtime hour-long session will concentrate on the UK Consumer Goods industry with the aim of helping food and drink, retail and leisure businesses to succeed.
With over 50 years combined experience helping businesses achieve their goals, Will and Paul will offer insights and advice specific to this market and relevant to the current market conditions.
As Paul states in his recent video interview with Mark Owen of Punchline, the coronavirus pandemic has accelerated change for business – creating problems and opportunities. The webinar will help to negotiate the issues and take advantage of those opportunities.
The event, titled ‘What’s ahead for the UK consumer goods industry – 2021 and beyond‘, will explore a five-stage plan to help and support businesses.
Paul explained to Mark “As we come out of this with, hopefully, light at the end of the tunnel, businesses have to think differently about how they grow their business profitably.
“The five-stage plan will cover the help and support for business in these sectors.”
The webinar will explore innovation on the high street following the changes to the retail landscape, plus how to find the right investment, how to compete in the new-look marketplace, creating an effective operating model and minimising risk.
