The workshop “Reimagining leadership: Practical shifts to accelerate your success beyond 2024″ is scheduled for Tuesday 4 June 2024; 9:00-12:00 at Chargrove House, Shurdington GL51 4GA.
Join Will for an action-packed agenda designed to reimagine your leadership, diving into what’s working, what’s not, why and what are the opportunities.
This workshop will give you the tools and insights into how you can leverage greater success as a leader. We will show how using these can improve best practice during a roundtable problem solving session.
You will conclude the workshop by translating insights into action with your 90 day-plans, ensuring seamless transitions from strategy to implementation.
