Our peer-to-peer workshops are designed to challenge thinking, help develop new perspectives and deliver results for business owners and leaders.

The workshop which turns good business leaders into great ones

Bootcamps run monthly to give you the opportunity to step out of your business and spend time working on it.

• Each workshop will have a different theme, embracing the same three elements – Learn, Listen and Labour. You will hear from your peers, learn new tools and techniques and have time to develop your plans.
• Meeting regularly means you are held accountable for carrying out your actions and will receive feedback on success and challenges.

If you are looking for fresh ideas, accountability and time to spend on changing your business, then Bootcamp is for you!

Your first session is free to attend with the next being Tuesday 30 September, and thereafter on the first Tuesday of every month, so are easy to diarise. 

The theme for the current quarter is Performance Reimagined: Strategic Levers for Growth in 2025 and 2026 and is broken down into the sessions as follows:
