Our peer-to-peer workshops are designed to challenge thinking, help develop new perspectives and deliver results for business owners and leaders.

The workshop which turns good businesses into great ones

Bootcamps run monthly to give you the opportunity to step out of your business and spend time working on it.

• Each workshop will have a different theme, embracing the same three elements – Learn, Listen and Labour. You will hear from your peers, learn new tools and techniques and have time to develop your plans.
• Meeting regularly means you are held accountable for carrying out your actions and will receive feedback on success and challenges.

If you are looking for fresh ideas, accountability and time to spend on changing your business, then Bootcamp is for you!

Your first session is free to attend with the next being Tuesday 3 June, and thereafter on the first Tuesday of every month, so are easy to diarise. 

The theme for the first quarter is Mastering Influence and Strategy and is broken down into three sessions as follows:

• 6 May The 2030 Leader: Essential Skills for a changing world – COMPLETED
• 3 June Strategic Acceleration: tools to out-think and outperform.
• 1 July Influence & Authority: Building long-term success in any workplace
