In this issue our experts look to the future, be it a fanciful prediction about whether we will have a drone landing-pad in the garden or wider discussions about how Artificial Intelligence may affect the business community. Will discusses this topic in more detail on pages 10-11 having moderated a panel event we hosted for the Cheltenham Chamber of Commerce. We continue to encourage clients to use cloud-based software ahead of MTD for ITSA and, as Xero Platinum Partners, Shaun’s article on page 9 shows first-hand how Xero helps a client make key decisions confidently. On page 18 we share news of our Xero event which provided a useful demonstration of its benefits to your business. Ollie shares how we create value for our clients, and irrespective of the end goal, we tailor our process in delivering the right outcome for you on pages 12-13.
