This milestone distinguishes the firm as one of only approximately 26 accountancy practices in the UK—and 75 businesses in Gloucestershire—to meet these rigorous standards of social and environmental performance.

Randall & Payne is one of the world’s oldest businesses to achieve B-Corp certification. And we are proud to be part of the global community of businesses committed to balancing profit with purpose. This is a powerful statement that deep heritage and modern progressive purpose are an incredibly powerful combination. There are seventy-five B Corps in Gloucestershire at the moment, about three thousand five hundred in the UK altogether, but there’s only around twenty-six accountancy firms. We’re really proud to be one of those twenty-six. Our clients rely on us to guide them through complex decisions. Being a B Corp means we’re holding ourselves to that same high standard that we’re encouraging them to aspire to.
