We are delighted to announce that Little and Company, a highly reputable accountancy practice based in Gloucester, have become part of the Randall & Payne family.
Little and Company are a perfect fit for us and share the same outlook and culture. Like them, we are aware that relationships develop between adviser and client which is why we are pleased that Simon, Nicholas, Bob, Terry and the rest of their team are joining our Randall & Payne family. They specialise in providing advice to Doctors, Solicitors and the agricultural sector in particular, and will continue to service their clients as Randall & Payne. Together, our Partners; Tim, Will, Rob and Ollie, along with our experienced team, will strive to complement their existing relationships, just as the wealth of expertise they bring will also benefit our clients.
Little and Company Managing Partner, Simon Dudfield, considered the position of the firm in the context of the needs of his clients in today’s world. Having given this a great deal of thought and discussion we were all convinced there were many benefits from joining forces and offering a broad range of specialist services to the clients of both firms as we move forward into a digital age, such as specialist Tax services including VAT, share structures and R&D Tax Relief, Corporate Finance, Cloud Accounting, as well as Business Coaching services.
Tim Watkins our Managing Partner comments, “The past year has reinforced for everyone how important making the most of the opportunities presented to us is and not letting barriers to success stand in our way. This is why we are pleased to share our positive news. Little and Company brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge to enhance our current service provision. We are really pleased that all of the team are staying on board with us, ensuring our high level of service is maintained.”
Simon Dudfield, Managing Partner of Little and Company comments, “We have known the Partners of Randall & Payne for a long time; they are a very well established and respected firm of accountants, business advisors and tax specialists who come from similar roots to ours. We are convinced there will be considerable benefits from joining forces to offer a broad range of specialist services to our clients and the wider business community.”
Partner and Head of Corporate Finance, Ollie Newbold who was instrumental to the deal, comments, “It was clear to us that this acquisition was a great fit as Randall & Payne and Little and Company have so much in common, sharing the same outlook and desire for success for all our clients. We are all looking forward to working with Simon, Nicholas and the rest of the team”.
