Launch of our initiative to encourage our people to do something new in 2022

Our tagline “we make your success our priority” means a lot more than the success of our clients.

Our people are at the heart of everything we do, and we want to ensure they are engaged and passionate about providing a leading accountancy and advisory service.

Looking after our own health and wellbeing is important and we want our teams to challenge themselves both inside and outside the workplace to try new things, learn new skills and to develop as individuals.

As part of this, we are pleased to announce a new employee opportunity which we call “Do something new in 2022”.

Ryan Moore, Audit Director, explained at the Randall & Payne monthly staff meeting which is a hybrid event catering for staff being in the office and those working from home:

This is a chance to explore a passion or interest you’d like to develop or try for the first time. You can learn or try more or less anything, be it an outdoor challenge / adventure activity, something which involves handwork, animals, sport, or even an online course in a different or niche field to accountancy. If there’s something you’d really like to try, we’ll do our best to make it happen. We can’t wait to see what you all get up to over the course of 2022.”

This is a personal investment in the development of our staff and is open to everyone in the firm, across all levels and roles.

Ryan is planning to face his fear of heights by doing a bungee jump!

We look forward to seeing what others choose to do and will be sharing photos of their activities throughout the year on our social media channels (subject to their consent of course!).
