Hari leads the buy-side aspect of Randall & Payne’s Corporate Finance offering, and also works alongside Business Advisory in helping clients develop strategy and solve problems.
He has a Big 4 background and a wealth of experience in M&A deals, operations consulting and strategy advisory across a number of sectors including food and drink, retail, manufacturing, and chemicals.
Outside work, he often spends time in his art studio at home creating acrylic paintings, or playing club cricket during summer.
