From Trainee to Partner: Ben Burch Joins Randall & Payne Partnership

We are delighted to announce that Ben Burch will be joining the partnership on 1 April 2026.

Ben began his journey with our firm in September 2012, joining as a trainee supporting a wide range of services before specialising in Audit in 2014. Over the years, he has developed deep expertise across academy schools, charities, hospitality, manufacturing, SaaS and UK subsidiary companies, becoming a trusted adviser to clients in these sectors.

In 2022, Ben joined our Senior Leadership Team, taking on key strategic responsibilities that have helped strengthen the firm’s operational and technological foundations. His role includes monitoring emerging technologies and driving firm‑wide adoption, internal analysis and reporting, acting as a Responsible Individual in Audit, and serving as our Academies Lead.

Ben’s appointment to the partnership comes at an especially exciting time for our firm. With a talented team of experts and a strong presence across Gloucestershire and the surrounding counties, we are well‑positioned for continued growth. Our recent achievement of B Corp certification in November 2025 stands as a proud milestone, reflecting our commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices, something Ben is honoured to champion.

Looking ahead, Ben is passionate about embracing new opportunities and ensuring our firm remains a leading advisory practice. His ambitions include harnessing cutting‑edge technology to maximise efficiency and enhance client experience, deepening and developing long‑standing client relationships, and ensuring that “we make your success our priority” continues to be at the heart of everything we do.

Myself and the rest of the partners are delighted to welcome Ben to the partnership, reflecting his progression from trainee through to the senior team and the significant contribution he has made to the firm over the years. I am confident he will play a key role in shaping our future, and we look forward to the impact he will make in the years ahead

Commenting on his appointment, Ben said:

Joining the partnership is a deeply rewarding and exciting milestone. Having started here as a trainee back in 2012, I’ve grown alongside a firm that has always believed in doing things the right way – for our clients, our people, and our community. Becoming a partner is an opportunity to help carry that legacy forward, strengthening our reputation as an excellent service provider and proudly championing our B Corp values. I’m genuinely excited for what comes next and honoured to help shape the future of a firm that has shaped so much of my own.”
