After reading the criteria and based on our firm’s achievements over the past year or so, we made the decision to enter the Accountancy Age Mid-Tier Power Index and I am delighted to announce that we have ranked at position 12.
The purpose of the Mid-Tier Power Index is to recognise the top 40 mid-tier firms in the UK that strive for excellence in the industry based on four key categories: Strategic Planning, Profitability/Growth, Professional Excellence, People & Community.
Our entry demonstrated that we are achieving our 5-year strategy which we refreshed in 2020 and the importance of clarifying our vision to our staff to help to bring the whole team with us on our journey. Among other things, our strategy was put in place to deliver increased staff retention, increased use of cloud based technologies, growth in advisory services, overall fee growth, excellent client service which is evident in our client retention and referrals, and our ethos that our strapline “We make your success our priority” applies to our people, our clients and our community.
